I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right on the best beach on Isla Mujeres with easy access to the charming outdoor restaurants and shops. The rooms were stunning, just like in the pictures, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist us in transit arrangements. The dining options were mouthwatering, and the facilities were top-notch. The only drawback was the limited ocean view from the room.
